MY EXPERTISE
I design and deliver instructional materials and training experiences for diverse populations worldwide. With an M.A. in Education and a process-based management approach, I'm known for creating engaging learning solutions and tackling multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
I help businesses create innovative training, eLearning, mobile learning, curriculum, performance support aids, and marketing assets in English and Spanish to meet identified goals. My course development focuses on achieving identified learning targets, applying clean user-centric design, and providing the most enjoyable and effective experience for learners.
HOW I DO IT
I apply a variety of instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Action Mapping, and Backwards Design. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Subject Matter Experts to close learning gaps and accomplish project goals.
